Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional self-starter with leadership abilities who wants to grow with us, as we are in the midst of an unprecedented growth in our companies history.

As an Energy Consultant you will be responsible for:

  • Providing implementation consultation, management, and support services
  • Recognizing and addressing gaps between existing and future solutions and the business needs of the client
  • Effectively communicating and building consensus with clients
  • Customizing forms and developing reports
  • Training, coaching, and mentoring new consultants
  • Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of the energy market and current market trends, and offerings from all the major retailers
  • Build productive long-term trust based relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Outstanding client facing skills
  • Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience
  • History of building effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Intellectual curiosity, and interest in learning more about the theory and practice of negotiation and relationship management as well as our specific practices
  • Ability to proactively manage multiple commitments and tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    What You Will Learn:

    1. How to create a marketing plan and calendar.
    2. Relationship building with our online community by maintaining Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other media accounts.
    3. Create compelling content that will be shared by influencers.
    4. Creative feedback and viral loops between our Facebook Page, twitter, and blog accounts.
    5. Assist our Marketing team in building and presenting social media strategy.
    6. Plenty of additional opportunities in related projects.

    Requirements

    • An interest in supporting the development and execution of marketing plans for small to medium sized businesses.
    • Experience or interest in the consulting world.
    • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
    • Creative and Flexible.
